Important Poker Tournament Update.

Rebuy & Add-On Rules have changed.

With the recent update from our providers, the tournament engine has introduced a change to how rebuys and add-ons work during the late registration period.

What’s changed:

  • Once the late registration period officially ends (for example, at the end of Level 12), any player who has no chips will be considered knocked out of the tournament.

  • This applies even if you lose your last hand in the final minute of late registration.

  • Unlike before, you will no longer be offered the option to rebuy or add-on once late registration has closed.

What this means for you:

  • If you want to secure an add-on, you must still have chips when the late registration period ends.

  • Playing aggressively in the final minute of late registration carries extra risk. If you bust, you will not be able to re-enter.

  • Our advice: consider folding marginal spots in the final hand before late registration closes, to ensure you remain eligible for the add-on and maximize your chances once the tournament becomes a freezeout.

This change is part of the provider’s core logic update and applies across all tournaments. As it has now been communicated, we will not be compensating or refunding players who are affected by this rule. We encourage you to adjust your strategy accordingly and continue enjoying our tournaments with this new structure in mind.

Thank you for your understanding and good luck at the tables!
