SAOPS Autumn Edition - POTS Leaderboard Updates

Over R3.5 million is up for grabs at the SAOPS: Autumn Edition, running from 26–31 May 2026.


But the real battle begins after the final hand is dealt. The top 8 players on the Player of the Series leaderboard will advance to an exclusive Shootout tournament, where only one will walk away with the ultimate prize: an EPT Barcelona package.

PLAYER OF THE SERIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

  1. All players who finish in the money across the seven (7) SAOPS events outlined above will earn points in accordance with the Global Poker Index (GPI) scoring system.

  2. The top eight (8) players on the final Player of the Series leaderboard will qualify for a freezeout Shootout tournament, scheduled to take place on a date TBC by Pokerbet.

  3. Starting stacks for the Shootout tournament will be allocated based on each player’s final total of GPI points, at the discretion of Pokerbet.

  4. The winner of the Shootout tournament will receive a package to join Team Pokerbet at EPT Barcelona in August. The package includes flights, accommodation, and entry to the EPT Main Event, with an approximate total value of R150,000.

  5. All required travel documentation, including but not limited to passports and visas, will be the player's sole responsibility and must be arranged at their own expense.

  6. The package prize is transferable. Should the winner elect to sell the package, they will receive a cash alternative of R120,000
